Lioz Aharon
CEO
Lioz joined Baccara in 2022 as CFO & VP of IT. In 2025, he was appointed Deputy CEO and later that year was named Chief Executive Officer. He brings over 15 years of global experience in the high-tech, medical device, and defence industries.
Lioz holds an MBA in Financial Management, a B.A. in Economics, and is a certified CPA.
Omri Lev
V.P. Sales and Marketing
With over 25 years of experience in global sales and business development in the field of sustainable agriculture, Omri has held various leadership roles since joining Baccara in 2015. He has served as Territory Manager for Europe, Flow Control Division Manager, and Global Marketing Manager, before being appointed Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing in 2024.
Dafna Faraj
HR Manager
Dafna Faraj joined Baccara in 2017.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Sciences from Ariel University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Organizational Development and Consulting.
She has diverse experience in the field of Human Resources and has held several positions within the organization before being appointed as Human Resources Manager.

Adi joined Baccara in 2025 as Global Quality Manager.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in biotechnology engineering and MBA.
Adi brings over 20 years of experience in Quality managing in various industries (local and global) – Cosmetics, Plastics, Consumer products, and medical devices.
Habib Badan
Global Technology and Product Manager
With over 25 years of experience in global sales and business development in the field of sustainable agriculture, Omri has held various leadership roles since joining Baccara in 2015.
