With 60 years of experience, BACCARA is a market leader in developing and manufacturing of
products for automation such as: air valves, air cylinders, solenoid valves and nylon tubing for use in industry, agriculture and irrigation.
Our engineering department works closely with our clients’ R&D to provide unique solutions for challenging automation & control needs.

Today, you can find BACCARA products and solutions in major sectors of industrial applications, such as: medical, renewable energy, food & beverage, 3D & digital printing and semiconductor, and in agricultural applications such as: field irrigation, landscape, poultry, aquaculture and dairy.
Our products are designed to withstand the most harsh environments such as marine conditions, chemicals and heavy industries with excellent performance.

We have successfully gained ISO-9001 : 2000 certification for all our products.
In March 2002, we gained ISO 14001 certification for environmental quality control. Above all, we totally implement our quality control system to ensure that our products are manufactured to the highest levels of quality and reliability to meet the specific requirements of our customers.

Paul Steiner
Chief Executive Officer
Paul Steiner has been CEO of Baccara since 2019.
He grew up in Australia, where he was born, and has lived in Israel since 1985.
He was previously CEO of the Huliot Group (2008-2019) and of Kapro Industries (1994-2008).
He has a BA in Political Science from Monash University and is Chairman of The Northern Forum for the Advancement of Industry and Employment
Omri Lev
Iris Antman
V.P. Human Resources
Iris joined Baccara in 2021.
She attended the University of Haifa and graduated with a master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in human resources.
Iris has more than 20 years’ experience in the field of human resources, working in several national and international industrial companies.
Nadav Baras
V.P. Quality
Nadav joined Baccara in 2017.
He has 30 years’ experience as a Quality manager in several national and international companies.
Nadav attended the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management.
Meytal Shtutman Tevol
V.P. Operations
Meytal joined Baccara in 2013 and held the position of V.P. Human Resources.
She was appointed to her current position of V.P. Operations in 2020.
Meytal attended Bar Ilan University where she successfully achieved a master’s degree in Organizational Consulting and Development.
Lioz Aharon
Global CFO and VP of IT
Lioz joined Baccara in 2022 as CFO & VP of IT, He brings more than 15 years of global experience in Industries of Hi-Tech, Medical Devices, and Defense.
Lioz holds an MBA in Financial Management, a B.A. in Economics, and a CPA license.
